De AM 7.4.3 is de instapper in de wereld van onze gloednieuwe E-Maverick Light Assist e-MTB serie. Hij is gebaseerd op hetzelfde SL HMF high-tech carbonframe als de AM 9.4.3 en ED 9.4.3 en maakt daarom indruk met zijn lage gewicht en speelse, reactieve rijgedrag zowel bergop als bergaf. De gevoelige 140 millimeter RockShox vering bestaande uit een Pike Select+ vork en Deluxe Select+ achterschokdemper garandeert veel veiligheid en rijplezier, zelfs in ruw terrein. Shimano's populaire 12-speed XT groepsset zorgt voor het schakelen, terwijl Shimano Deore remmen met betrouwbare 203 millimeter schijven voor en achter voor de vertraging zorgen. De innovatieve, ultracompacte aandrijfeenheid van TQ zorgt voor een aanzienlijk lager totaalgewicht in vergelijking met een elektrische eMTB en combineert een natuurlijkere rijervaring met veel krachtbesparende ondersteuning bergop. Dit betekent dat je je favoriete trails langer of vaker kunt rijden onder de 2,4 inch brede noppenbanden.

E-Maverick frame sizes

Part of the new frame geometry are overall shorter seat tubes, which nevertheless allow the use of longer dropper posts. This gives customers the opportunity to ride different frame heights without any problems and thus better customise the riding position and characteristics of the bike to their own needs. Frame size stickers have been specially developed for this purpose. They provide information about the frame height (R1 to R5 or S to XL), the ideal size range for the rider and the stack and reach values of the frame.

QR15 thru axle

The "15" stands for the axle diameter, the "QR" for "Quick Release" – and together for the most functional method of anchoring the front wheel in the (suspension) fork. The advantages are impressive: high rigidity, precise brake disc positioning and foolproof operation. STEVENS therefore equips all mountain bikes and E-MTBs as well as the highest quality trekking bikes, cross bikes and E-bikes with them. For (E-)MTBs in particular, the installation width has even been increased – from 100 to 110 mm, which is even stiffer.

Block Lock headset with impact protection

Anyone travelling on alpine trails with their E-MTB demands maximum control. Thanks to its 150° pivot angle and high-quality ball bearing, the Acros Block Lock headset with integrated cable routing ensures that the top tube is optimally protected from impacts in tight bends or in the event of a fall. The fact that this results in fewer crashes in the first place is a further benefit of the impact protection.

Dropper post

Optimum seat height for drive efficiency. Press the button. Saddle down for technical descents. Button ... it could go on and on – and on some technical trails, the seatpost remote is used more often than the front derailleur shifter. Experts in riding fun and safety agree: rarely has an innovation brought such convincing advantages and so few disadvantages (weight, price) as seatposts with infinitely adjustable seat height.

Bike-Category 6 E

E-enduro and E-all mountain bikes

This category describes STEVENS E-enduro and E-all mountain bikes. Full suspension STEVENS E-mountain bikes with medium suspension travel are typical for this category.

Instructions on intended use

The maximum permissible overall weight (comprising rider, luggage, possibly trailer load and electric bicycle) should not exceed 140 kg. Under certain circumstances the permissible maximum weight can be further limited by the component manufacturers’ recommendations for use.
On full suspension STEVENS E-mountain bikes made of aluminium the use of trailer is permitted. On full suspension STEVENS E-mountain bikes made of carbon, however, the use of trailers is not permitted.
On full suspension STEVENS E-mountain bikes child seats are not permitted.

STEVENS E-enduro and E-all mountain bikes are designed for off-road use (Alpcross etc.). STEVENS bikes of this category can be used on surfaces permitted for bikes of the categories 1, 3, 4 and 5. Furthermore, STEVENS bikes of this category are suitable for very rough and partly blocked terrain with steeper slopes and higher speeds as a result thereof. On official tracks regular jumps by experienced riders up to a height of 1.2 m are not a problem for these STEVENS bikes. The regular and durable use of these STEVENS bikes in bike parks, must however be excluded by STEVENS. In addition, these STEVENS bikes are not suitable for tricks, stair riding etc. as well as training and competitive use in the categories freeride, dirt, downhill.

Due to their design and fittings, STEVENS E-mountain bikes of the category 6 E are not always suitable for being used on public roads. If you want to use them on public roads, these bikes must be fitted with the prescribed equipment. Observe the traffic rules when riding on public roads. . Danger:

Due to the higher loads, STEVENS e-bikes of the category 6 E should be checked for possible damage after every ride. Two inspections per year at least carried out by your STEVENS dealer are obligatory.
