Alle modellen hebben 150 mm veerweg, wat zelfs de moeilijkste afdalingen leuk maakt en bovendien zorgt voor meer veiligheid en de vrijheid om te spelen op middelmatig uitdagende trails. Deze fietsen zijn de racebeesten onder de citybikes: minimalistisch, vederlicht, snel en erg sportief. De aandrijfgroepen zijn ontleend aan het racefietssegment, maar in plaats van het diepe, gebogen stuur monteerden we een recht stuur zoals op mountainbikes. Dit maakt de zithouding meer ontspannen en zorgt voor meer overzicht in de stadsjungle. Het gevoel van veiligheid wordt verder verbeterd door de hydraulische schijfremmen die vlug en efficiënt aangrijpen Lees meer …, voor een snelle respons op onvoorziene gebeurtenissen in het verkeer. De smalle, bliksemsnelle wielen verzekeren een minimale rolweerstand en snelle acceleratie. Er is nu nog een touring model in de Strada familie voor 2022: de Strada 1000 Tour is voorzien van spatborden en heldere verlichting (205 lumen) van Supernova, en is toch superlicht en altijd klaar voor gebruik, zowel overdag als ‘s nachts.
